Meet the Doctors
Lan Nguyen, DDS
Dr. Nguyen has over thirty years of experience, graduating from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1990. Along with providing exceptional care for her patients in the northern Virginia area, Dr. Nguyen is also passionate about giving back to the community through several service organizations. Most notably, she volunteers with Give Kids a Smile, Missions of Mercy and Hope for Tomorrow.
In her free time, she loves playing tennis, exercising with friends and relaxing with family.
Brandon Tran, DMD
Dr. Tran is a northern Virginia native, returning home to give back to the community he grew up in. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania and pursued further training with the Lehigh Valley General Practice Residency program. During his residency, he gained additional experience with restorative and trauma cases, periodontal surgery and prosthodontic rehabilitation.
In his free time, Dr. Tran enjoys playing volleyball, walking with his dog Momo, and finding the best fried chicken in town.
Roopa Vanaharam, DMD
Dr. Vanaharam has a passion for education and learning, graduating with honors from Tufts University in Boston in 2012. She was also placed on the Dean’s List for her exceptional performance on the National Boards. Since then, she has worked at the Department of Corrections in New Hampshire, completed an Advanced Education Residency at Lutheran Medical, and worked in private practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dr. V prides herself in bringing a high level of care, precision and artistry to her work.
When she is not working, she enjoys watching movies and football (Patriots fan!), baking, and spending time with her family.
